BioDelivery Sciences International, Inc., a specialty pharmaceutical company, engages in the development and commercialization of pharmaceutical products in the United States and internationally. There is not much to be inspired about.

 

Has that lawsuit been settled? A lot of the same type of tactics being pushed down to the sales force here — cover my meds, letter of medical necessity, appeal, work the office staff - don’t help them write the PA but stand over their shoulder and help them with the wording they need to use. Have the $10 an hour MA or PA person do hours of our busy work. This pisses off the doctors who are paying their salary because nothing else is getting done other than our prior auths. Don’t forget the channel stuffed wholesaler buying reports. BDSI is a lawsuit waiting to happen.

 

Where can we get these channel stuffed wholesaler buying reports? We all know it’s happening, but some of us wouldn’t mind the proof. Many thanks.
