This is exactly why I declined to move forward during the RD interviews. Had a long conversation with them about how they were building and who they were using as a vendor for assistance and decided it wasn't for me. That and the extremely low amount of equity they were offering made it seem like a mediocre opportunity at best.

yes. it's so weird and shocking. All these beautiful, competent, intelligent Black people. How dare they have great jobs and a Black CEO. The third one in the entire history of pharma!!!! Guess YOU are used to working at all white or majority white companies so you are shocked. Did you ever post about working at all white companies as "weird"??? Serious question. Racism is a real disease. Get treatment.

Weird description...I'm sure GBT hired the most competent people, as should all companies.

GBT: you’re winning crushing it the best earnings over expectations in pharma no need to comment on any negativity. Stay calm and carry on...

Yep, your infected with that disease. If blacks are a minority and only 13% of the population, then please explain how you would end up with all black employees at your company hmmm?? A little bit mathematically impossible unless hiring strictly on race. No one said blacks didn’t deserve jobs or weren’t competent, that must be how you feel since you brought it up, so try looking at your own racist comments.
