Amen! And yes, everyone should have to interview, it’s part of the process. But the way the Praluent reps have been treated is abysmal.

Selling in allergy derm space is a joke compared to cardiology so the hell with your process. now Regeneron is big on processes
Take note if Len and Friend’s don’t respect and value commercial sales then your BU doesn’t matter Either when things aren’t going their way they will treat you the same

Offers went out already as long as you were an EXTERNAL candidate. They 100% don't hire any internal candidates and do not take care of their own. Would rather have inhaler selling reps that have worked for a year or two than experienced biologics reps with the company.

This company has hired some real ass clowns. I seriously question the judgment of the hiring managers.

Be thankful. Most of the expansion managers are new managers and most will crumble under the pressure of a $2 billion product that carries the weight of the company. Be prepared for being thrown under the bus and micromanaged into oblivion.

    Good drug, bad management...be warned.
Too much turnover in the last year; some got fired because of compliance reasons, California, Florida, Illinois, New York. Others left because of poor management.
Those who stayed on have a good territory, good gig and not ready to make a move yet.
Limited upward mobility, those terminated due to separation never had a chance to stay on. Feel sorry for Praluent team; they started the company.

Correction, Eylea was the first large scale team that made the company a commercial entity

Top amongst her team: smarter, higher level sales ability, stronger work ethic and always positive.
