Wow, such vitriol on this site. It’s safe to say that there were many to blame for the failed launch of Praluent. The first mistake was when Regen hitched its wagon to a failed partnership with Sanofi. Sanofi hasn’t launched a successful product in years. Why would you pick the 3 legged blind donkey to race in the K Derby? A little due diligence would have saved this company million$$$$. Don’t ever do a deal with Sanofi. Never ever. You’re welcome.

For sure about Sanofi but they cardiology background . Len and the idiots in management wanted only biological reps even though 90% of Regeneron reps had any cardiology selling experience. This made for extra work. The co- market was an disaster. Sanofi can't launch which is a fact. Regeneron didnt support the team with resources like samples, pitiful budgets , little program money, a worthless HuB, and above all no direct to consumer advertising . This with a 14k price tag along with shady patent endeavors was a kiss of death. Management was evasive in interview process about pending patent violation. Look what happened after that. A complete mess.

The co-market was a disaster. One side always gets the worse of it. A bad dream

come on really? have you taken two moments to read the structure of our deal with Sanofi? Len had no choice, hate it, like it, love it we were stuck. I can tell you internally, yes some misses, but every thing we looked at did come back to reps and lack of effectiveness in front of customer. I’m sure that’s tough to read, but it’s incredibly consistent

It's tough to read because you're awful at sentence coherence.

Nice try. Pull my finger while your at it
Some misses?? Too many to list. Reps saved the day . Before patent debacle share was 60%. After patent 30% . Who's to blame there. If not for reps easily could be 15% with what reps had to work with. This is the most I've heard from management in 5 years on this issue. Crawl back under your desk lackey.

Um, how did Keithly keep her job? The most empty suit ever! Cheerleading doesnt count as management CK. Weak, weak, weak. Unbelievable. She brings nothing to the table. Except pom poms. No depth to content. Listen closely next time. Yeah

Management is weak. Just wait until Dupixent gets major competition! The fun will start then. Looks for budgets to get cut , no more advertising , no program money, little lunch money and of course more pressure. Lens weak so that says it all.

Regeneron and Sanofi will find some way to screw up Dermatology . Don't count out some patent issue looming. Regeneron is known for poaching patents. And Len may be brilliant as a scientist but is a complete Charles Charles when it comes to sales strategy and marketing . He isn't a sales guy and is better suited in the lab with Research.

How about all the laid-off Praluent folks laughing all the way to the bank when the stock went to 600 a week before May 18th. Thanks Len & that ho MM.

Dupi team are cheerleaders no skill necessary in that role just cheer Dupi on. You have all the support in the world from dtc, Len who can’t stay off of stock market tv, employees who can’t control themselves on linked in and no competition. That’s all the public sees, including docsIt’s all about Dupi. Teams just having fun! So no comparison to Praluent

Any of the Dupixent people who came over from Praluent couldn't cut it selling Praluent. All big talkers and cheerleaders. And yes Len can't stay of TV. Loves to talk about himself and very impressed with his accomplishments. He's terrible at marketing, price structure, and managed care access .
