    My manager gets sloppy drunk at meetings. It’s pretty pathetic.

    MT is still the worst. Ask HR how many times his reps have filed complaints about him. They have also admittedly left BDSI on the sole fact that he's a POS. Not sure why they don't do anything about it, unless they're looking forward to having lawsuits.

    SH got promoted to AD what does that tell you about this company? They don't give a shit how upper management treats people. And everyone here who has been to a meeting has heard of the turnover king, MT... guy has jersey shore tendencies. And as long as LK is reaching into SP's pleated pants nothing will change.

    Anyone else notice the activity of the managers on LinkedIn? Looks like they are nervous and looking for jobs. The worst manager, MikeT in NY, says he's 8x pres club winner now. What a liar!

    He's still there? A bunch of us left BDSI ages ago and still seeing this ugly name rear its head years later in association with this company. I first hand know 8 different reps that reported him to HR.

    Remember the time he had a rep in ICU with pre-eclampsia after a premature birth and he called her while she was in the hospital to ask when she was returning to work?! So illegal. She reported him to HR, but surprise, nothing happened.

    Nothing is going to happen. Puppets can't talk, much less take action or step up for what's right. She's been a part of people getting fired for illegal reasons and just unethical shit, but she just stands there and watches. Remember, HR isn't there for you or your rights. She is there to protect the company. At all costs.
