Maroney Useless

    Maroney has to be the most useless salary in the company. He has zero talent, zero charisma and zero ability to put together a leadership team. He promotes useless individuals like MMcD who wasn’t even respected as a trainer and BR, just to name a couple. He has been allowed to run a muck here too long!

    The place is a mess with JM leading sales. Don’t know the guy but if he hired MMcD I would agree with this post. I interviewed with MMcD and there isn’t enough money you could pay me to work for this obnoxious, self absorbed, pompous ass. The man is as dumb as dirt....what a loser. I walked away after after speaking with the idiot. He is no leader. Sounds clueless too.

    MMcD has the emotional maturity of a 2 year old. The worst thing to happen to the New England Region. He is a disaster. Multiple complaints to HR for his behavior and questionable practices. He has ruined that region. JM and DR just look the other way as JM can’t admit he put the wrong person in the job. He has no business being an RSM. All the RSMs know it too....he’s a joke.

    I'm reading this thread laughing as it was clearly created by the New England team that are salty about having a manager that actually holds them accountable for their performance. Just because your last manager was content with your team being 13th or 14th out of 14 doesn't mean MMcD should. The people you have listed here are not the problem. You are/were. They are respected by many. Hopefully your next company works out better for you.

    i like JM and i have heard that MM is a piece of work but can we have a real discussion about why a team is in 13th or 14th? Do you really think it’s the people? No! It all comes down to formulary and obstacles that certain areas have that others don’t! Holding people accountable is fine but if you were being honest the issue isn’t the reps and you know it! Most likely formulary or access or state laws or non reporting pharmacies. Reps can bust their a$$ all day long but if the formulary isn’t there or the laws and restrictions are dictating what happens more tightly than other areas in the East than the team will be struggling to grow! That’s reality!

    This is true. I’ve know him to gossip about HR issues even back when he was in Training.

    It’s funny that fat boy McD is laughing and obviously defending himself in this thread. Get yourself out of last place, 14/14, and shows us what you can do before boasting about accountability. Nearly a year in and dead last. Good people have left and who does he have, RQ...really?? His idea of accountability is Zoom calls....too funny...what a joke!
