I agree and we will lose a lot of good people because he just wont let this quota nonsense go. Most of us will have to pay back our bonus next year so better to just leave.

 

ive only been here since summer but can anyone tell us why he is still head of sales?! hes clueless on rare disease and fits the classic pattern of a toxic manager, couldn't even take a minute to send a Thanksgiving message to the sales team!

Was Salix ever really promoting Doptelet? They were so busy taking about diarrhea and stool consistency they never had a moment to even think about our product. Horrible deal penned with a horrible company.

 

so after failing to meet last years unrealistic goal they now are demanding 1000% growth this year??? this is insanity as is forcing us to ask hundreds of tracking questions in our busy oncology offices just to keep the micro managing data geeks happy! if anyone from management is reading this PLEASE inject some sanity here!!!

Again, the company goals have lead to asking representatives for questionable behavior. Over and over being asked to pushing the highest dosing level to gain more tablet growth.

 

So what the hell is up with these damn trackers? They already track our every movement with motus and rank us daily and now even monitor which staff we talk to! What's next an ankle bracelet?? Dova has become a Big Pharma nightmare run by control freaks and I"ve never seen this level of micro-management!

Someone recommended me to start at the company but this thread threw me off a bit. So how are sales of Doptelet going in ITP? Is it gaining traction among docs?

 

I hope to follow him. He may be a sleezy guy but he sure knows how to line his pockets quickly (what was he at Dova for like 6 months?) and hopefully mine too! Diabetes 1 here I come!
