    Dear Leadership, actually Dear New Leadership,


    Your task, job, journey is not an easy one by any stretch. You have inherited a company/ sales force ( if you can call it that) that has been lied to, misled and undervalued for years. The best SD’s are gone bc of prior leadership promoting their friends/buddies. This is a company that has “so called” leaders that get no respect. You were too hard on your top performers, actually you weren't, you just listened to RVP’s bash their best people bc they were jealous that people under them made more money. You listened to RVP’s who never deserved that title. So your best sellers have left, “ people leave managers not companies”.

    Even with the obvious loss and leakage and our case count dwindling you have not learned from the companies previous mistakes. You allow people like MB, BM and KS to be leaders? Truly the definition of the blind leading the blind. They are not respected, they are hated!!

    I truly don't know one sales person here that has not expressed interest in leaving. They are leaving bc of one reason, leadership, or should I say lack of it. We need a total rebuild and not from the inside. Bring in great/experienced leaders from the outside. Oh and having is call on multiple specialties is obviously not effective. Bring in a leader for GI, Heme and Derm. People with industry experience unlike BM, never sold AP, MB. This is the biggest mystery of all, she commands no respect and has zero sales experience and then their is Miss Perm, KS!! How the? What the ? Who the hell thought she was/is/could be a leader? She is as unproven as they get.

    Drain the Inform Swamp of these subpar leaders, breathe new life in to a sales force that is lost, lifeless, disrespected and unmotivated. You have the chance to be better but not with this leadership.

    Just do it!!

    And.........what questions should a person who might interview with them ask? Salary range for new sales reps?
