You know, you are all idiots. Nobody at my second job treats each other this way (like managers treat reps here) OR posts on CP. I’m here strictly for the entertainment. You guys make it so easy to laugh. Bottom common denominator entertainment right here.

 

It's a pretty clear cut situation. Rockville is frustrated with the reps for their inability to keep pulling a rabbit out of their hats. In return Field is frustrated with Rockville's disconnect from reality. You can argue all you want but this is the disease that is causing all the symptoms listed on CP.

 

This is 100% the problem. It was a miracle that the sales force grew these products for as long as they did. Really phenomenal job by the reps!

 

miracle might be an exaggeration. The products are good and provide value over alternatives. It was all fun and games until we over stepped with the copay card programs and started paying for scripts we shouldn't have been. This down, I mean "transitional", year was coming and in hindsight its obvious that it was. Those of us here just need to get by for now then make a killing on 812 and whatever else we buy.

So true. No one is excited about a new non stimulant. Stimulants are what patients want. Ask all the people who came over from Shire it they would want to switch from the Vyvanse they all pop like candy. 100% would say no.

 

812 wont be for the adult drug addicts. It’s for children who’s parents don’t want to start them on a stimulant at 7 years old.

 

We are only going to have the Ped indication but I am sure they will have us going into non Ped offices. SMH

Any other thoughts on this region? I was contacted about the Miami opening and a buddy told me this region is almost more vacant than it is filled. There has to be more to the story....
