if these part timers have 1 or 2 other full time jobs and the lab owners are paying out straight commissions based on some corrupt "book of business" that they brought over from some other fly by night lab - then it is not EKRA compliant. I would be careful as the reps will be held accountable along with the ownership and management going forward. The OIG is weary of these arrangements and they are going to pursue criminal charges in some cases.
