I didn’t hear anything at the kickoff meeting explicitly stating that there would be a return to sanity. Instead what I heard was about adjusting to new things and unlocking some sort of potential I’ve yet to realize. It’s here to stay kids. Jazz is big pharma mindset. I’m out.

ok dont let the door hit you in the ass on the way out.
And good luck finding that "ideal" company you are looking for...there are "tons of companies" that dont care about sales force activity - LOL

Most rare disease companies are more concerned with performance and less concerned with reach and frequency. This is NOT a rare disease company. It’s a company with a rare disease product and a big Pharma mindset.

You seem like the type of person who truly believes that you should say pitolisant and not Wakix. Get a clue. You’re a dinosaur.

Harmony sounds like a great destination for you - its rare disease and they certainly have no idea sales force is doing - perfect for you - see ya.

I’m with the OP and you my friend, are a dumbass. Is your view of the pharma world limited to jazz and harmony? Let me guess - you’ve been at Jazz for like 15 years

A lot of us at Jazz only know jazz. It’s time to see what else is out there.
