My Boss is a Sleaze Bag

I went to pick up him up for a ride along at his hotel. He told me the day prior he would stay there overnight and would meet me in the AM. I arrived early and went to the front desk. I told the clerk when *** checks out can you tell him I am in the breakfast area. (my phone was charging in my car)

The Clerk said we have no *** checked in here. I asked are you sure and he said he was certain. So I sat down on a chair in a nook that overlooked the lobby. About 15 minutes before our meeting time I see my DM wheel in with his overnight bag coming in the front door of the hotel. He sits down across from the checkin desk in the lobby. So I go out a side exit of the hotel and I come in the front door and greet him. I ask are you all checked out and he says yes lets go. Later I ask him how he likes that particular hotel and how the rooms are? He again says he had a great stay.

It is no secret he is cheating on his wife often. I wish he would not use his reps and ridealongs as an alibi for hooking up. I cannot stand this guy! He does this often. What should I do?

Um, I'm sorry but a lot of things just don't add up in this post.

The parenthetical is a 'tell,' and gives the poster an immediate and convenient excuse for not just texting the boss saying "Hi, I'm in the lobby," and instead inquire with the desk whether or not he is actually staying there.

Hotel employees are supposed to keep names of guests private, and pretty much do.

Even if we do believe the hotel employee in this case did inadvertently reveal/confirm private information, why would this poster sit down on a chair -- IN A NOOK NO LESS -- overlooking the lobby?! It's absurd. If this happened in this way, a normal person would have gone back to their car to get their (conveniently charging) phone, and called/texted the DM to find out to which hotel he's at.

OK, even if we do assume the DM is hooking up, honestly, why wouldn't he do so from the hotel itself? A) It's private B) It's paid for, and C) He's gonna need a receipt for his expense report anyway. It's kind of a big deal if the boss has a receipt for airfare without a hotel stay attached.

And OK, if he drove there, he had a car, and therefore would have met the rep at an office and not been picked up at a hotel he wasn't staying at.

So to answer your question, what should you do?

Easy. You should stop stalking your boss. It's not a good look, you make up stories that don't make sense, and whatever he is doing really doesn't concern you. Just do your job, focus on it, and if you can't stand this guy that much (which is understandable), look for other opportunities.

If your boss works for Janssen Biotech the word slime ball fits perfectly. The parade of diversity idiots is an industry joke. And it all started with MH. What a joke.

Yeah, the days are gone of promoting someone who would actually be a great sales manager. You know able to hire and develop great people. NOT.

“Diversity” Is killing our industry. People not being hired or promoted because they are Caucasian. It’s getting really bad. They can check two boxes if they hire a diversity female. Even if she doesn’t work or make her numbers, no one can touch her.

Must be a Janssen thing. My DM at Janssen was banging one of the reps in the district. She was fast tracked and became a DM in record time.... imagine that.
