We need something to sell that isn’t a retread and if we do sell enough of this stuff we should have accurate reporting to compensate us

Moron...if you can’t figure out how to look at the reports to figure this out...just leave... you have no chance.....

    Facts;

59 reps have made 20k+ on cequa in 4 months

32 reps will make 27k+ on cequa

so basically 1/3 of the sales force pretty much has. Take your negativity elsewhere.read the report it’s right there.

No offense But the biggest issue/complainers here are the B&L/Ista ass clowns. Worst group I’ve ever seen. The entire leadership team is full of them. #dreamteam

The problem is reporting. Lots of money left on the table do to poor reportering.

$20k after tax, etc is really only $11-12 ... hard to get excited about and I NEVER worked at BL

That’s 20k on one product for a qtr. Not sure where you were a rep and ever did that. The base plan is 36k for all products for the year

Welcome to the peanut farm. You only get 1/3 the credit and should be happy? I don’t think so.

Wah,wah, wah, they write more I didn’t get credit. What a joke, the reps here are an embarrassment. Yes they are sitting in a room taking away credit from you. Clowns

Be patient. The opportunity comes when Restasis goes generic and we are able to sweep that market.

Are you HIGH?? Think about the NSAID market, Generic Ketorolac dominates that compared to Bromsite. When Restasis goes generic what we will face is extremely cheap Restasis.....we will lose there too!

Wow. Are you serious? Bromsite is not the same as Ketorolac! Bromsite is not even an improvement over Prolensa. Cequa is heads and tails better than Restasis and they are the same thing. Cequa will take a large part of the Restasis market when it goes generic. That is simple!!!!

but we are not selling much Bromsite either

Why do you think a better product should win?
    -Xelpros isn’t winning
-Lumigan nor Travatan Z beat generic latanoprost
-Durezol nor any other branded Steroid beat generic Pred

it is simple....generic Restasis is going to dominate. Also, don’t forget when Novartis finally gets their act together with Xiidra their managed care department will win insurance coverages significantly better than Cequa......they own managed care in almost every Ophthalmic drug class they operate in.

I have sold some Xelpros. That seems to make their point. Unsure about Cequa because there is an immediate brand to compete with.

Xelpros isn't a better product wrt clinical data vs. generic latanoprost. Cequa vs Restasis most definitely is.

    Still not paying attention.......

so many drugs are better......significantly better in fact, but managed care almost dictates what is written.
Durezol is waaaaay better than Generic Pred, yet Pres has 60-80% share.

bromfenac (in any form) is waaaay better than Ketorolac, but generic Ketorolac has 50-70% share

being a “better drug” doesn’t mean you win.

what you are missing is patients can tell the difference...with our competitive cost Cequa will fill the Restasis prescriptions when it goes generic
