I’m a newish rep and despite the overwhelming negativity on this site I for one am enjoying my time at benco, so far. I’ve had a few complains from my doctors with the remote benconet support when it comes to wait times and knowledge of carestream and vatech among other “supported” manufacturers. Has anyone else had similar experiences?
Firstly, let’s set the record straight on all the “negative press”on Benco. The vast majority of negative posts are coming from ONE individual who is known to be frankly a turd. You are part of a growing and dynamic organization that offers a bright career. Yes, our remote support is evolving and growth pains are evident; yet the commitment of the organization is unwavering despite challenges. Be positive and stay the course as our strength, commitment and integrity will prevail. God bless America and Benco.
It’s not just one negative poster. A lot reps are not happy with the way Benco has changed over the last couple of years. Overall Benco isn’t terrible but it’s not great either. Wait times for BencoNet and even customer service can be too long at times. Many complaints have come up in teams and management says they are trying to address them.
Ok maybe 2 negative posters. As you said our company is committed to provide excellence for customer service experiences and we are working diligently on getting better with improving results seen daily/weekly. This will be a complete non-issue by mid-year. I love Benco for what it is and what it is becoming, and I think any rationale individual would feel the same. A select few choose to be bitter and negative no matter what-this is toxicity.
You sound like management. In all reality it seems like Benco takes one step forward and two steps back. Benco what it was, was great, not soo much now. I’m hoping Benco can save itself from continuing on the bad path it’s currently on.
Yup. It’s me, I’m the turd. I’m the only negative poster on here. I post false info and make up fake news like the democants. I have too much time on my hands because all my accounts use online ordering and I have them all set up on Benco select which means I get to sit on the site all day long and stir up the hornets best I can. I’m great. Everybody thinks so. Bigley great. Other people say that but not me. I’m too humble to say how great I am but if I did I wouldn’t be exaggerating. MBGA.

Look kid, your still in the honeymoon phase, the sooner you stop drinking the koolaid the happier you'll be, or not, your choice. This place had a chance to be truly great but CFC, and his merry band of office depot rejects are cocking it up for the rest of us. Post on Teams if you want a legitimate answer to your issue or stick around and learn why you should just learn to accept, it's what it is and that it isn't getting any better. Not with the Almighty Scheer et al in charge. Maybe the newest "though not related" Cohen will right the ship but I'm not holding my breath. Viva la Benco!
I'm trying to understand why anyone would seek/take such negative advice from a thread? Albeit 1 person or 100, why would you listen to such negativity? Ask yourself that, and if you're that unhappy get out for your own sake.. Sales should not be such doom and gloom... Have some fun, enjoy life. Nobody owes you anything in life ever. Peace
I’m I another turd? I respected Benco very much but KT came along. Then Schitface. Then other Office Depot minions. Plus Chuck getting the company in trouble. Can’t even say suck my d to Patterson reps without logging it.

A complete non-issue by mid-year? It's gonna take longer than 6 months to unscrew everything that was done to our equipment support team. You have zero pulse or knowledge of the team members and their morale. You also need to maybe ask yourself, "why did a veteran team member just walk away from the equipment support team?" May not have been BencoNET, but some group, same bosses.
Damn, it makes me happy knowing when I worked here shit was falling apart and today the BN team and other support teams are in the same spot or worse....#managementnevercaredaboutus
Benconet has its ups and downs. Mostly downs but I hear they are doing good since brining in Open Dental. Some of the techs just sit around and just escalate calls to vendors. Before they moved departments they would mostly be standing around with calls in queue.
