    Funny that it is 2020 and you are firing up a post about something 2 years ago? Who cares? As a rep we all know 2 of the 3 AVPs were useless. They embarrassed themselves on a regular basis.

    I think you are missing the point. The bigger hilarious fact is that it’s 2020 and now there are 3 of 3 useless AVP. GC good guy but in over his head. A director of sales at best. And everybody knows it. Nicole was only hires because the team needed female diversity. And everybody know it. Also clueless and in over her head. Amazing and a reflection of the company that we went outside and hired someone with no experience in role. isn’t that why are you go outside? Just click back and see the numerous comments on DV. All are accurate and everyone knows it. A useless rude insecure poor communicator only where he is due to JN. So in essence, everyone knows where the issues begin and end but nothing ever changes regardless of 2020 or 2 years ago.

    Oh, so now we understand. The previous AVPs were useless 2 years ago. The new AVPs are useless now. Everybody in management sucks. You are the only talented one. You have an opinion on everyone but can’t possibly report to all of them but yet you are all knowing. If it is really this bad for years why are you still here? I have been here for 5 years and all I have experienced is it getting better every year.

    AVP’s are not all of management as many DOS’s are better leaders. Our companies history of finding good leaders in the AVP role has been horrible. The person above clearly didn’t read the “everybody knows it” comment confirming it’s not just that persons opinion. Everyone in this company does in fact know how useless this role historically been and the people we put into it with DV being the best proof. I imagine all of them went for the title and were granted it hoping to leverage it for their next opportunity. Meanwhile we all suffer under their poor leadership and decision making.

    So now the poster speaks for everyone just because he says “ everyone knows it”? You claim the current AVPs are useless as were the past. You also claim many DOSs are better. But you said the AVP that was a DOS is not good in the role. So basically no one will ever be good from your view except the people not in the role. .... and yet you never leave.

    Wrong, HA will surely be used but there will be generic options. FDA ruling just passed to allow easier pathways to generic biologics. But all is well, focus on your business plan, keep your head in the sand and FIND YOUR WHY!

    we can't figure out why our hiring into roles is so bad. I had this exact discussion with my manager and HR regarding my vacancy - we need more women on the team and that is what you need to hire. again measuring all the wrong things. How about we look for the best talent we can find being the real goal not some useless statistic that makes our hr team look good at the next diversity forum. If that means my entire team is made up of women fantastic but if not, also fantastic Even our own hr team needs to retake the diversity training module we are required to take each year. i'm being forced to discriminate based upon what people race gender and lifestyle. when is someone going to realize LAS and her team are driving us into the ground one of the primary reasons for our high turnover? rather than improve she and the leadership team continue to put useless people like DV in high leadership positions eroding all confidence anyone has in our future or the company

    We are in a unique situation. As a company, we offers rebates to the healthcare industry at a level beyond our cost. While not true for all our HA’s and for all programs, we are most assuredly heading down that road. The question that wasn’t answered in our call was “where as a company are we really going”. With the concept of reduced utilization of branded HA’s and expansion of generics, where does that leave us. Please don’t say “we’re a premier product”. Check you medicine cabinet at all the generic pain reliever and aspirin and you’ll see the drop we can expect in our premier products. So, where are we really going as a company?
