Honestly, I knew as a NICM that Glenn had a failed model. I switched lanes to get away from the manager. Saw my shot to become a manager, but the role has taken it's toll on my psyche and marriage. Juice just isn't worth the squeeze . Husband says shut it down and stay home. It would be different if the products were best in class.
Why completely shut it down as opposed to going somewhere else to be a manager... or even go back to being a rep again? Just made so much money you don’t need it?!
