I've visited CafePharma a few times over the years and realize that, with anonymous posts, this will likely be dismissed as a disgruntled wannabe rep who didn't get the job or a competitor from DBV or some other scenario I haven't concerned. Believe more or not I would really love to hear the pitch for Palforzia. I've read PALISADE as well as PACE and looked at the package insert (available by searching on fda.gov) and can't figure out an actual benefit to this 'drug'. I have been in practice for well over a decade, taken care of hundreds of patients with peanut allergy and have had accidental ingestions leading to epinephrine use and/or ED visits a handful of times at best. The parents of the kids I take care of are knowledgeable and take appropriate steps to mitigate risks of reaction. 'My' kids have great QoL (and PACE argues that won't change with Palforzia anyway). So....pitch me. Convince me. Would love to hear from you before a rep gets in touch with our office.
God I hope you’re a fucking liar. What shit doctor actually says I read the PI but please pitch me! Are you to stupid to draw a conclusion on this product based on the information presented? Guess what doc who ever will be out there “pitching” this to you is legally limited to discussing this product based upon the facts listed in that PI anything outside of that is illegal. The only positive thing about this is if the treatment is successful the kids can eat 2 peanuts without going into anaphylactic shock, watch out for the 3rd peanut though.
