Should the Vegas meeting be canceled since it is non essential? Pfizer is doing it from home.

yes, large scale real world data trial being conducted on 1,000 human subjects next week.

BMS antiviral candidate will be applied by employee services after test subjects exposed to coronavirus and test whether novel antiviral agent prevents community acquired spread in the next 40 weeks.

Thanks, that is great news! Must have POC if they are going to Ph2/3 already.

Anyone know if free Coronavirus testing will be made available at the Flu Shot line? I've been exposed but my state doesn't have testing and would like a free check-up once I get to the Vegas meeting.

If you don’t feel safe, don’t go. Do you really think they will say no?

Seems reckless and greedy to have this meeting. It’s not like it’s a new product launching, either. Stupid!

Potential problem with test kits: The CDC recently admitted test kits they distributed resulted in inconsistent results due to a problematic reagent required for the test. They are now manufacturing the reagents using stricter quality control measures.
    But you know, Vegas!

Tongue in cheek. The trial is your meeting. They are using you to test their anti-viral candidate. It’s like a Robin Cook novel.

Easier to replace reps than it is PHDs... Can you prove this somehow? It would be nice for everyone to be educated on where they fit on the food chain.

If this really bothers you, they have to let you stay home. All they can do is encourage us to go. Do your numbers suck bad enough that you are concerned about your job?
You are a hypocrite if you are complaining and you still go out in Vegas.
