I was talking Specialty Neuroscience not Primary Care! I have 18 years in Specialty Neuroscience only!

If you are legit than you’d know Neuro specialty blows this place out of the water across the board.

Depends on the company and what product you are selling. Infusion drug, Injectable, orphan and rare disease, ETC
pays more for sure in salary but I have made the most in bonus here than Neuro specialty pharma.

Any legit neuro specialty base pay is 150+ and annual bonus is 60+. 210+ total package at least. This can’t compare to that no way.

Pal you are obviously getting your info from the wrong places. Neuro now days starts at 130k and goes has high as 160k base. Recently new company was bringing on reps b/w 150-160k. You better catch up blue.

You must be talking psych rep jobs. They are indeed at the bottom of specialty pharma. Neurology is much higher pay.

Not sure why you're debating salary on here, but Oncology with this company doesn't even make that and they SHOULD be the highest paid reps in this industry. Myriad doesn't pay close to that. It's lab, it's different. Higher commission here, much higher than pharma.

Debate points to this company not paying well. Total package (base/bonus) is well below true specialty sales. And please don’t include primary care or psych as specialty. Lmao

Can someone honestly tell me what the base salary and commission would be for Neuroscience Sales Representative? Do you have a company car or allowance? How much is the car allowance if you have one? What is it like to work in this division? I have 20 plus years of pharmacy experience. Thank you for your honest replies.

Probably 75-85 base, 60k at plan bonus. Car allowance combination of mileage reimbursement plus fixed rate of about 350 a month.

Thats if you have 20 years in Neuro to get that base. Our reps in the best territories are making $100K in commissions. It can compare to what you are talking about. Salary is lower because this isn't Pharma and is more of a medical sales model where salary is lower.
