Performance Improvement Plans

    Coloplast has got it all! Managers that put territory managers on performance plans that are over 100% to goal! Yeah baby! But at least we got to go to a gun range!

    It’s a fun time to be here. Wound and skin losing business left and right because corporate refuses to cut their prices. The days of hospitals overpaying for lotion and butt cream are over. Can you say commodity’s?!?

    Don't believe it. Coloplast wound and skin doing well. Some reps not doing well but there will always be some complainers who blame other people. Great company but tough environment for everybody if you look at their results. Coloplast is the fastest growing.....period.

    You are correct. It is growing but barely in the US In terms of skin and wound. WC in the US is awful but Biatain is doing well in “emerging markets” because they have different practice standards where the product works better and decisions are not made solely on price or contracts like premier ascend and surpass... which I might add we knocked it out of the park with those....
