    Seriously Pedro? WTF?

    How is it possible that you were able to take a bad situation and make it so much worse? What does Nan Meehan know about running dental implant company? Does getting fired for poor performance from a optical company the only requirement you use when hiring? She is clueless.

    At the sales meeting she demonstrated her genius by giving us the amazing POWERRR acronym. Then she blew our minds by promoting everyone to manager and passing out our new business cards.

    What? Am I in high school?

    Come on kids, get out there and make 10 more cold calls!!

    Just when I thought our leadership couldn’t get any dumber...

    hey Nan - if you could take a look at the one off comp plans for Deaver’s buddies, that would be a great place to start. I mean, it’s really all in need you to do to make me feel better about this entire nonsense.

    We had Deaver running the show and he knew squat about running a company. If you didn't see Ivan Brian and Brad there at the meeting watching all week then you aren't awake. Nan was doing what she was told, she is a smart business woman and didn't get to where she was/ is by burning bridges.
    I have not doubt she will structurally change the company which is what is needed. She will also see through the bullshit and the one off comp plans, she will change the little things and streamline things and get rid of jobs that are meaningless. She, i would put money on it will even look through engineering so if i was Zack who keeps stonewalling and denying good ideas because he is one of Deavers buddies, i would be seriously concerned.. If i was one of those frat boys that have a one off comp plan or a KAM that is basically a co client success rep i would be nervous. Hear me when i say she is not stupid she will rock the boat and change things for sure. this is now a company for people who just graduated college and will pay to that level. Unless there is change to tenure reps plan or something of the sort then people should leave and go where they are valued.

    Do you have any information to validate your claims? What has Nan done outside of ratchet up SFDC? What does she know about dental? Nothing.

    She was fired from her last position for poor performance. Truth. What part of that gives you so much confidence? She is a disaster, and so is ZBD lately.

    Yes Deaver had to go. But Nan is not the answer. Not even close.

    Nan will not last at ZBD. She's a overpaid cheerleader and bobble head. She brings nothing to the company or sales team.
