More and more people are quitting including myself. Arbor you can not keep pushing your crappy comp plan down peoples throats. We are not stupid and can do the math. We have to sell more this year to make the same or less money then last year.. Thats what happens when they drop the dollar value of the product down. Do people make at this company yes, the top 10 people with the largest dollar value. The rest of us don't make anything. We are working twice as hard selling 7 products and getting paid a low base. They can tell us it is fair all day but we all talk to each other and know how much each other are making or not making. The majority of the sales force is not making any money and will never. As long as this company continues to do business this way, it will continue to be a revolving door for reps. Just my two cents... Good luck to everyone who decides to stay at this company.

Go to the horse track and have one kick you in the balls. That’s the starting pay at Arbor.

    - In 2020, figure $55k base plus modest car allowance and gas card. You must use YOUR car
    - Bonus system is convoluted and based on previous year's sales for that area; numbers get manipulated by management so figure maybe $1-3k per quarter to be realistic.
    - they tell you in initial phone screen that "this is an entry level pharma sales job"; this is a prelude for describing the non competitive (for pharma) pay package. Take it or leave it.

You can not make any money unless you have a high dollar territory. Don't let them feed you the company bs that it is easier to grow a smaller territory.

The majority of the reps are making 2-3 a quarter before taxes. they wonder why people are quitting.
