The reps in Florida seem to be doing prior auth for drs, leaving notes all over the place, pushing the 50.00 pharmacy price and leaving internal use only items and prior authorization forms at offices. This has all been turned into your ethics committees. Come on now.... can’t you just sell? Sleazy salesman and managers going along with it and your numbers still are IN the garbage pail. Hopefully the ethics committee fires the ones who are creating their own items in the field. It’s a hefty fine for Aerie to pay.....

Under the federal anti kickback law, its illegal for drug manufacturers to offer any type of payment to a Medicare patient that might persuade them to buy something that Medicare might pay for.
It’s not illegal for a doctor to use a pharmacy of their choice. They can recommend where they want and do it all the time.
But it is illegal for a company to provide a resource (savings card) and proactively position it so that some Medicare patients pay less than the negotiated rate that the plan has. One investigation would cripple the company
The company never positioned it that way. They even blocked all codes to allow any pharmacies to do that from the beginning. you must be doing it yourself because that’s not the direction of the company. You seem to know it all.
“blocked all codes”? Manufacturer cards use “edits” to prevent Part D from paying. The problem? Aerie also knows that edits do not work well, especially with small specialty pharmacies. The cards are being misused in several specialties across the country - Arizona & Florida which every representative seems to know about. Why would a rep need to send an RX out of state after all? and lead Dr’s to that tiny specialty pharmacy who will run the card without a hitch. Anti-kickback much?
This company is full of corruption... the higher ups all know it... they can see where prescriptions are filled and how much patients pay for it... several speakers for Aerie are involved in the scheme
You must have been fired, or don’t have any doctors prescribing for you. All pharma companies have a card with same regulations. Again... not the companies direction. And have you heard of pharmacies that deliver? Other companies have a specific service for that (ie. Akorn, Sun, Shire). Keep pitying yourself and quit, or get out of the industry. Your obviously bitter.
Did Evan really preach at the NSM we are a family? do you really treat family like that for asking a legitimate question and bringing up compliance issues in the company? This is worse than big pharma. He is not off to a good start to a job he did not earn.
