It’s based on $$ and obviously not on product portfolio. We still don’t even have a porous knee. Exactech has to be the play now and they better hurry too!

Not having a shoulder is ridiculous if you’re a serious Recon player. Much smaller companies are full line.

It is irresponsible and it places us in a disadvantage.

With Namal gone the bank is closed! We won’t be buying anything soon. The leadership that is left will be managing manufacturing and backorders for the next year or two. Not what they signed up for!

Skip Kiil didn’t go to S&N to manage backorders and instrument availability. He went there to manage acquisitions and growth.

Hold everything! Damn Skip may pull this off after all? This is a make or break moment for S&N.

Skip is out of his league. You think he can pull off a deal? He can’t even pull a competitive hire. Good luck.

Sorry but this is not happening. Stryker doesn’t announce an agreement to purchase wright unless its signed up tightly. That company doesn’t operate on chance and Kevin Lobo is the alpha of MedTech right now, no way this happens. Back to your allergy cases losers.

The regulatory filing says there’s a $150M Fee to back out... that’s a drop in the bucket

Is S&N feeling good about this? Not much information in the news about the offer or what’s going to happen.

Skip is a stud and is dead set on this acquisition. Nothing about Stryker or S&N lately must mean it’s getting contentious behind closed doors.

This thing has probably turned into a 3-4 dog race. Others are now getting bids ready

Wright is Pro Stryker all the way.
If the S&N rejects at Cherry Road are indicative of the upper management at S&N, we'll pass.
    Thanks but no thanks!
