    Micromanaging, bringing no value is a recipe for disaster, usually resulting in record turnover rates.

    I heard many good people left. Problem in these situations is action needs to be swifter, which requires leadership. Now people like this will find another region to destroy its people.

    Double digit turnover rates, losing top people, no exit interviews, typically makes for a toxic situation. Remember the top ones normally get out.

    Now 4 people have left Coag in the past 6 months. Not good. Leaving for more money Iā€™m hearing, what does that say about CSL? Maybe time to re-evaluate the pay structure.

    agreed-just spoke with a recruiter for anticoag.....way under paid and she admitted it--"that's why people are leaving......"---she said 115k-120 base but that's at the high end
    so I will go through interview process--just to see
