HR - Get a handle on the Managers - Or is this a wink, wink?

HR - we know you all read these. Leaving the policy to the managers is a joke. There are some managers telling their reps to make more calls, have more inservices. While it may be true that some managers respect their reps and want what's best, there are others that are unyielding when it comes to finding a workable solution. Reps are going out in the field sick, fearing additional retailiation by their managers.

 

Attention HR: you have an opportunity to invest in our corporate culture right now by making responsible decisions. This is a softball. Do the right thing. Protect your people. If you can’t lead...follow....everyone else.

 

Has this gotten any better? In general are things better, better clarity around bonus, consistency in regional goals. Legally they are bound to this. Wondering why it has happened for this long time.
