Glad all these measures are in effect For home office employees but what about field sales? I have Multiple offices that have confirmed corona patients and we’re just supposed to go in there as if it’s business as usual. Not a single communication pertaining to the field (except for RT’s email that basically said nothing). Companies are telling their reps to say home for the next month or so is IRWD following suit?

I’m not sure IRWD cares about the reps. We’re going into PC offices where there are almost certainly COVID cases every day and not a peep about the salesforce. The silence is deafening, especially when everyone else seems to be facing this head on.

At the very least...we should not be going into primary care offices at this point. And even more ridiculous would be bringing a manager in for a ridealong.

The lack of communication and action has been ridiculous. They keep saying they want to be first in class gi company, but once again their response is pathetic when so many other companies big and small pulled their reps out of the field already.

HQ is doing the best they can. Sales are just okay. Investors are just starting to come around. Call commitments to Allergan. A set back could be horrible for all of us. Follow the guidelines and do the right thing.

Do the right thing and put sales numbers ahead of our health and well-being? Corporate brainwashing at its finest. Our competitors are doing “the right thing.” It’s time for IRWD to get on board.

It might actually be better if these patients don’t shit for a while...there’s no toilet paper anyway

Y’all are soooo broke you will be working when mandatory quarantine goes into effect. No money. No pipe line.

‘Best they can’ as in absolutely nothing other than protecting themselves because they’re all working remotely

you guys have a cash cow with this. This is a legal liability that they have not pulled you out of the field and have managers riding with you. Most of the major companies have pulled their reps and health systems are asking that only essential personnel be going in: we waste their resources if we have to use a mask or use their sanitizer when they need it for patients. File a law suit against your poor leadership. You would win this.

The whole thing is so irresponsible. Time and time again our leadership shows us that in times when they need to step up, they fail us. And in times of social distancing to have a manager ride with you is also unbelievable.

    This is an easy one!
Pull reps out of the field
Push Rep triggered emails to HCPs (or have it done from corporate) letting them know that if they cannot see patients, recommend the teledoc. (HCPs don't want to see IBS patients anyway)

On the patient front, push the telemedicine angle hard

I'm sure the crack leadership team is all over this....NOT
