Apparently with all the busy work and tracking, we’re now being treated like we do nothing at all here in animal health. Way to not understand your employees and invalidate their fears and needs. Make sure you fill every minute of their day so you can still get those big executive and family bonuses. Nothing says we care about customers like trying to get orders from clinics who are struggling themselves or just constantly calling them while they have no staff. Great decision making BIAH.

They aren't the only ones......companies trying to all the sudden micro manage and give worthless projects to others so they can validate their existence.
This is going to get a lot worse before it gets better and at the end of the day, it's about that fat bonus and revenues.....at all costs......
    Stay healthy my friends!!!

You forgot to mention the total abandonment of any distributor assistance. In all honesty, distribution wasn’t supporting BI anyway - or should I say the puppet regime of Merial - so they are free to go completely direct and stop paying us their meager agency fees. We are tired of the eight-year-old throwing a tantrum antics anyway. We’ve been selling everyone else against them for years.
