Yes it’s hilarious when people lose their jobs.

So what’s the damage from the reorg?

Fat Mitch K. is still there. So we get to still hear talk about his son: “we’re trying to figure out whether to buy him the $30,000 or $40,000 car.”

Pompous ass, and his high-priced decisions do absolutely Nothing to benefit the company.

I hope y’all figured out that pharma doesn’t give a crap about you. Tried to tell a family member years ago, and they are still pulling off the same slave labor. Divide all the hours you will work now to make that paycheck, and get your true hourly wage. Might as well work at Walmart and have personal time.

What a ridiculous comment. Just go work hard and sell for results and if you get a better offer than take it. No one gives a shit about you. You’re a loser with a loser mentality.

This is the best job! I typically work from 9-2, 4 to 5 days a week. I make my 8-10 calls a day. My numbers are good and I usually get a free lunch a couple times a week. My manager, she’s awesome! Not a bad gig for 75k plus a year.

So since the reorg- has the company seen the any improvement in sales??? Despite coronavirus.... I’m guessing no....

    Nope
Gish came in and made a mess. Made everyone unhappy and uneasy with the company they work for. They fixed it by giving us all more money. Well guess what that doesn’t change the feeling we have. Leave it to a Pfizer guy to think he can fix culture with money. Now stock is about to be under $1 and all this place is doing is trying to sell and get out. How can we feel safe and want to work hard like this?

What I’ve learned is money really isn’t a true motivator for people- What motivates people is pretty simple- a feeling of security, feeling like you make a difference and are part of group/team and most of all feeling VALUED.

So what 90k is great but is it going to make you work harder than when you were making 70??? If yes- then you don’t have a good work ethic. You should want to do your best regardless. Money is great but it doesn’t mean anything if you don’t have the rest..

It does drive me crazy with times like these to see Rob in his Lamborghini and John in his Ferrari. We get it, you guys have a ton of dough. Just don’t rub it in our face everyday. My 38 cent options are worth squat!
