If you thought about retiring soon, you may have to rethink your plans. This virus is a game changer. We have not seen the peak of this epidemic. The real bad part is the long latency, during which time other people can be infected, and pass the infection on to others.

Personally, I wouldn’t mind if the virus wipes off 3-4 billion people on this planet. We have too many people as it is. It sure would reduce pollution of the oceans, allow endangered species to recover and may impact the climate issues...

    It’s all good...

Wouldn’t shed a tear if a few Otsuka people at the home office and regional office are part of the 3-4 billion....

Well, looks like we will experience heavy losses in the market again today. This thing is far from over. Will get worse before it gets better. Hard to believe number of infections in China are not growing anymore....

I don’t need the money soon so my near term purchases will be at a discount. Dollar cost averaging for the long term.
As for your other opinion, I believe I have just witnessed pure evil. You are not human.

Well my friend, I am absolutely certain you have never been outside of the United States. If you could see how so many asians throw millions of tons of garbage in our oceans you would think differently!! You can then find it in the stomachs of fish we eat. Plastic dissolves very slowly in seawater but gets absorbed by fish, and eventually by us when we eat fish. These people have no regards for their consequences. They are worse than the trash they show in the oceans.

Have you ever seen how brutally the Chinese kill dogs while they are begging to stay alive? I am sure you know how that the Chinese eat dogs. These people have no compassion whatsoever.

But you call ME evil. So again, I don't mind one bit if a few billion of these creatures get wiped out! We all have to die sometime, and it's better that some of us die a lot sooner!!

And that holds true for certain individuals at Otsuka as well. I won't name any names, all you have to do is look at some other Otsuka threads.

And as far as you are concerned, I strongly suggest you get yourself a better skill than bringing Starbucks coffee to the office. The current crisis this country faces will affect many companies, big pharma is no exception. In the face of declining revenues every company is currently thinking about how to reduce expenses. Hard to believe insurance companies are willing to pay 1200 bucks a month for cough syrup or anti-psychotics. Generics will dominate. There is no other choice.

    Try driving for Amazon....

    Pot, meet kettle.
Now go for a walk or play with you kids while this company you despise pays your salary while you’re not working.
    You’re a hypocrite.

You need to READ, THINK and PAUSE before you post. The person you replied to did not say anywhere that she/he despises Otsuka!

She/he made a few very valid points!

Since you respond to your own thread tell this ‘other person’ he/she appears to despise many things including company employees and Chinese. Tell him/her that anger management should be addressed followed by $1200 cough syrup. Amazon should carry that, I believe.
