This is going to derail 2020 sales. As more and more facilities limit access, the ability for ACell reps to wander the halls and beg for cases is diminishing. Good luck to the reps who have not built a solid foundation and who rely on checking boards every morning.

It seems every manager has a different take on the situation. Darren sending out numbers this morning was a terrible idea. Not sure what he was thinking??
He just told us all that the top TMs are getting it done. Get out and sell. Look for cases in the ICU.
No way am I stepping foot in the ICU to try and sell product. That is a sure way to get kicked out and not to mention unethical. Darren and Pat had a real opportunity to show the sales force they care about the employees and the company appearance to the marketplace. They missed the mark and Darren's tone was completely unnecessary.
Just when you thought 2020 was the worst year in your career thanks to covid, you find out you might have to work for Integra in 2021 and sh*t just got much much worse people.
