Whats going on in Roche procurement?

    New category management camps being set up in Sobibor and Treblinka. Travel fully funded Finance, train only, economy class.

    I can see that the mess created by MG is continuing. How the hell did he survive? How did he deceive so many people?

    MG was at least an inspiring leader. What we have now, a bloated expensive confused organization with an invisible leadership team, job titles that make no sense and roles that overlap people pointing left and right rather than up, cartoons to explain how we should work....like we are Tom and Jerry in a relationship crisis, next step another new leadership team and redundancies at huge cost to the patients

    Main concern is nobody needs us and we were not prepared which means when we are at home playing with ourselves, it seems ok, it’s good, it’s only when someone realizes. Hope PF has enough loo roll in the downstairs toilets to see his wnking through... who is MB?

    When Procurement pretends to be "strategic" but is nothing more than a cost-cutting adventure that was a mess before MG and he completely destroyed, then you end up with supply chain gaps everywhere and a bunch of "category managers" who know nothing about their own categories. Stay well...

    A while back when Hong Wah Goh was fired and escorted off the premises, was because she set up a fake company and was sending fake invoices to Roche. True?

    started with MG. Clueless, all he cared was about kissing up and ruined the function and many careers.

    Replying to the post on June 21st. Yes its true, Hong Wah Goh was into some highly criminal activity. Setting up the fake company and sending invoices to Roche was the big one. She was also caught doing expenses fraud and stealing from employees.
    (one time there was a number of thefts in the office. An email went around telling people to lock up valuables like purses, wallets etc. and not leaving them on desks. That long fingered individual was Hong Wah Goh)

    Lastly she was also very homophobic. Her constant referral of SSF as “the fairy factory” raised a lot of eyebrows

    Who will be the new leader? The consultants are circling the offices again? That and the sound of nails going in the coffin over in the basement of B1? Is project Rainbow over?

    The most worrying thing is the clear acknowledgment that MB has very little to do with anything that drives procurement forward. Seems to be waiting for tomorrow, living on past projects, when diversity results in this sort of weird stuff someone needs to explain these 300k appointments… just saying
