    Surprise, surprise. Abbott settles out of court with Biotronik for an undisclosed sum. Nothing like a long, drawn out legal battle to intimidate current employees who might be considering jumping ship for a better paying gig. Anyone know what Phillips had to pay out of pocket (if anything)?
