Everyone is freaking out about territories being too small, no bonus to be had, rumors of layoffs (they just did it with one division and more to come, that is why they are redoing maps), stock is worthless. Yes we are going to sit around and go to strip clubs and the gym and coach our kids sports and do anything form going crazy. Bring big Pharma leaders and you will get big pharma reps. They have destroyed this company. Lots of useless managers who don’t know rare disease and are in over their heads. Lots of bad mistakes made and it’s too bad.

Going to get a lot worse, Apellis's pegcetacoplan only 15% needed a transfusion versus 85% with Soliris. Better dust off those resumes the party is about over. Look forward to seeing the over the hill worthless nincompoops around here fretting over needing to get another job.

Could not agree more - Alexion will soon look like the lonely halls of Biogen- only the unemployable will be left. Let the Pfizer pukes get us out of this one...…..

No worries, our good old boy strip club boozer team is well infected and connected, we don't need skill sets just the ability to be in the circle of trust to protect one another.

I want to go to the AKF as much as I want to set myself on fire and poke needles in my eye balls.

We can all go to strip clubs at the AKF since Dallas has the best. We are going to get crushed with competition having better data and price.

hey dummy, check the inclusion criteria. Everyone in the trial was transfusion dependent. It was a cherry picked patient population.

CS was fired for sketchy expense approvals and side-dealing with KOLs. Besides, she's a man.

Former employee reported they had been asked by their manager to submit inappropriate entertainment expenses (fishing, drinking, golfing) that manager had set up. Manager told rep to submit these and manager would approve. CS knew about this arrangement and approved the manager's expenses making her complicit.. To be fired for something this stupid makes no sense.
There was more about physician interactions, don't know those details.

I vote for the tool in Brooklyn. I don’t remember his name but he leaves an impression of how arrogant those people are over there.
