Has anyone been approached by Eversana (formerly alamo) about a women's healthcare opportunity with Millicent pharma?
I ask because it felt like a sham interview just to get competitive information. I worked for a women's hc company and the interview was basically questions about how I sold their competitor's products, everything was going well and even discussed salary requirements in later stages of the interview. Then the recruiter contacts me and says they've decided to not fill the position.
I think they were trying to gain competitive intelligence through interviews - which is illegal and unethical

You are way off base. This is a small new start up venture and I am part of this team. Probably the hiring manager could sense your skepticism.

Perhaps but my skepticism grew after the interview process not during. This company, who is backed by the carlyle group, does not have a website- that's strange

Again, you are off base. I work for them and am here, in the flesh.

You are probably better off not coming here. Money stinks and upper mgmt seems all over the place

It is a real company but you are better off that you did not get the job. All over the place and the product is not good and it’s a declining market.

Anyone have more to offer related to this contract, good or bad?

Not sure if you are on the right page. This is not a contract job. I will say my mgr is awesome. Unlike above posters, I am happy here

They are contracted under eversana if that’s what you mean.
Avg base , stacked rank, product is femring so old product , it is an “ok” product to most providers . If you are in the top you can make good bonus, middle is average bonus and bottom is little to no bonus. Only 3 payouts a year though - 4 month periods. there is high turnover because the comp plan isn’t really fair the way it is based on the market and Upper management is very old school .
