IQVIA pulled the plug and Ironshore is too in debt to take on a sheltered salesforce with a drug that needs prior auth that struggling providers aren't willing to pursue during a pandemic. The end.

Does this mean my DM will finally cease the charades about how great this company is and how we are revolutionizing the ADHD market?

Maybe they just want to take advantage of the CARES act?

Ironshore keep the performing reps and managers.
Jornay is a great product and will grow substantially now that parents experience their kids in the morning .I am proud to be part of Ironshore and know this company will be successful.

How many DM’s and reps left now?

all paid thru 5/7. Then 62 reps on furlough until safe to go back to work. Took just short of a year to fall apart.

Down to only 60 reps nationwide. The company’s on life support!

Wrong. Ironshore wanted out of IQVIA.

Dunno. Were you retained based on performance or simply spared?

Retained without pay for 3 months and maybe they'll bring them back if Lickrish can keep his crumbling little empire together.

You can always sniff out the marketing honks on here trying to spin how great the product is. It was never adopted...not with the 400 rep Super Bowl commercial blitz, not with 320 after unviable territories were cut at 90 days, continued to unimpress with the 128 top flight reps kept, and now any rep who hasn’t smelled the coffee about lickrish’s pipe dream is foolish. He shuttered the entire company at end of 2018. Iqvia being an information company totally failed. The lesson is never do contract, never do it for a discount, and if something doesn’t seem right it’s not. The first day of training set the ongoing tone of incompetence. I learned a lot about the bs pipe dream and promises and puppet managers spouting off pride while interviewing instead of conducting field rides. It was a waste of time and experience for every rep who accepted the role to help children and make a difference. Scottsdale was fun though, especially the district breakfasts with Lickrish...then the top Brass field visit ride alongs where they saw first hand their incompetence. Have the speakers even written enough to cover their honoraria? At least I got a selfie with Natalie...that was odd for an RD ride along, but nothing about that job was proper, effective, or motivational.

And Natalie is gone too. Lickrish and Dr. Bev couldn't even convince one of my Docs to write. Guess the doc was able to sniff out the snake oil salesmen in front of him.
    Epic fail.
Lets see if the troll will repost again about how the high performing reps were kept.

Lickrish have fun paying back 145 million to JP Morgan. I’d be more embarrassed by losing my family and friend’s money on that joke of a product. 11 years of planning to shutter the company once 2018 then totally shit the bed during commercialization.

Do the ‘40 weeks of making history’ emails still go out? How about the gratuitous flirting on performance calls while the entire company eventually got let go.
Kinda sucks for the top 2-3 reps in the country. Doing so well yet the resume will have that failure of a company/collaboration.

I called that no one would truly enjoy nor receive the Founders Club trip.

I’m sure the GSK asshats from VP to RD to manager kept 62 former GSK reps...and the reps who have highly incentivized speakers...generating all of the volume yet no net profit based on all the asskissing needed to keep those divas happy.

I’m sure execs are not flying in to have dinner with those writers any longer.

the reps kept in December knew their time was limited...just collect that check...and the national POA theme was ‘please don’t quit..we think we can make it.’ Far from any top tier bio Pharma meeting.

Yep. DONT TAKE NO FOR AN ANSWER. 40 SCRIPTS A WEEK, 1234 Scripts by end of 2019. Yet we ended up celebrating people getting 12 writers and double digit scripts, and trial card redemptions....that never converted to scripts...plus...reps begging for the friends and family scripts just to get something on the board...again not refilled. nothing more than a 30 day free trial to realize it was no better, offered nothing meaningful, and when the price tag hit at day 31-they went back to what they were on.

How can Lickrish and dr bev go into my business critical accounts and get NOWHERE...and expect there to be confidence? The developers couldn’t provide a compelling medical need to drs on personalized visits. Then Lickrish chainsmoked and bitched about never coming to the field again. The well performing reps had speaker whores who cost more through honoraria than what they generated in scripts...amp 80% of market Methylphenidate 20%, there wasn’t even enough methylphenidate market to support the launch. Drs said if you at least put delexis in amp it could’ve had a chance. He better have licensed that delivery system.
