Zero transparency. They are an HR nightmare. It’s too bad no one has reported them for “Retaliation”. May as well where a muzzle if you work for Mylan.

Yes, they tell you it’s an open line of communication, but they’ll use it against you. Also, the training dept. sucks a$$. Arrogant know nothings who think they know it all. Not realistic. Company has gone down the $hitter and is run by turds.

Paying the highest volume prescribers to be speakers. Now really Mylan. The “P” club winners had high volume writers as speakers. Ethical!!! Recognizing reps who had the most amount of speaker programs. 8 calls per day, 1 food item per day and schedule speaker programs.

Mylan management is more concerned that you ✅the box as opposed to moving the business forward. It’s very sad. I miss the Mylan that really believed in “Do what’s right not easy.”

They have been sued for retaliation. Google it. It states that it has been settled.

if you know something about choosing speakers who wrote the most prescriptions or paying speakers to go through speaker training and not using them you have a good lawsuit. Contact a false claims act lawyer.

if this is truth you should speak with an attorney. This would be a qui tam lawsuit. Teva just paid $50 something million dollars for similar issues with their speaker program. Get all of the proof you can. If you can prove it you can get up to thirty percent of the fine. If it was 50 million you would get 15 million. If it was 200 million you get 60 million. I think it is something like 20 to 30 percent depending on how much information you provide.

I absolutely agree with the micromanaging and endless tracking reports. I think I have a tracker to track the reports. With that said, I'm grateful I have a job and once again, Mylan stepped up and is paying out the representatives at 100% +for Q2'2020. Thank you Mylan!

Here we go being micro managed and waisting Rep and offices time. Setting up virtual speaker programs. What an absolute waste of time and money. Nobody and I mean nobody wants them!!!
