Business as usual at Arlington - except for the physical barrier between building A and B.

So are we going to get quarantined with pay or not? Our HR department is absolutely pathetic when it comes to answering this question

These greedy f-ucks need to wake the f-uck up. Let the place shut down for a couple of weeks.
    I can see clearly now.
Live from the couch sessions what a f-ucking joke. You don't give a damn about us or our damn families. Greedy no good f-ucks.

Amen to the comment on the couch sessions. Leadership is very out of touch.

How long will it be before reduced hours or reduction in salaries?

    Hey All,

A competitive company rep here. Hard to tell if it’s reps on this thread or not. What is Wright doing for you guys? Our company is small enough that they may take our guidance (probably not but can hope). Currently, they (my company) are floating a draw for 100% commissioned reps but that sucks. Assuming everybody loses bonuses and profit share etc, sales is shouldering the burden disproportionately.

    Thanks

We get videos every week from executives we’ve never met at their homes

While many of us are still working onsite risking our health!! We know our roles require us to be physically present, but why would you produce videos and send it out to the masses every week? Totally out of touch how it would be perceived by employees that have had their shifts changed and pulling the load of co-workers that are "working from home".

We “working from home” are still pulling our load. Our jobs got 100 times harder to do but here we are I don’t discount what you are dealing with by any means but please don’t discount what we remote workers are dealing with. Imagine doing your job with your family around you all the time. I do think the videos are terrible JW was hard to watch

Yeah imagine having to do your job kicked back on the back patio grilling some juicy burgers, sipping on that corona with lime. All while you get to watch the kiddos in the pool. Imagine all that and still bringing in the dough at the same time.

    Ruff times I tell ya!
