Lot's of pressure from our ASD and RSM to complete the company wide employee engagement survey, they were demanding 100% participation, and we even had a public roll call to put peer pressure on the laggards. All because PBK "requested" 100% participation.

Our "leadership" "culture" has devolved into demanding we complete a "voluntary" and "anonymous" survey. The results are already tainted by the bias, and would be thrown out of any academic journal if they were submitted for publication.

All driven by egos that want to "thank us" for "100% Participation" while telling us how "humbled" they are by it.

Can we start hiring Managers, Directors, VP's, and Presidents based on some positive modern day leadership qualities, rather than the required narcissism?

If our "leadership" wants to know why the turnover is so high, don't blame $, just look at each other.

Two Executive Committee heads just rolled. Coincidence?

More to come further downstream with AVPs, ASDs, RSMs?

I don’t wish anyone ill will given the current environment, many of us know of a few certain people who generally treat others poorly and who are horrible leaders. Certain people deserve to be eliminated from the organization... not many, not most, but some...
