Hiring Freeze in Tennessee?

    What is going on with phlebotomist hiring, or more specifically the lack of hiring, in Tennessee?

    Same here in Florida. Not enough people in the PSC's, and HR has some sort of special formula for staffing them that keeps them from having enough people. Supposed to have a PST for every 30 patients a day, yet we have centers with over 150 patients coming in, and only three techs. HR doesn't care.
