Are we still getting commission and retention bonuses?

 

Don't count on it.

 

Of course we are. My manager who I consider a friend told me we’re good for commission this quarter, but they are working on a new comp plan for the next 3 qs only tied to Voyant. And retention bonuses are a long shot.

 

That has been their plan from the start. Coronavirus will just be the veneer that they use to accelerate the process. This is an excuse to dramatically cut payouts which is always their goal. From what I've heard they are enraged at how poorly Voyant has been selling. Of course the reason isn't anything they've done, the blame is always on the reps. I was told last year that 2020 would be the last year of comp plans including other products. Think about our urology line and that's what trocars will be in 2021. We are energy division reps essentially now. So you either think Voyant is how you are getting paid handsomely in the future, or you dust off the resume. I can tell you that other companies are still hiring even with this flu going around.

Said isn't concerned about the health and well being of Americans. He's not an American. You and him are of a different tribe. He's crying and moaning in his little emails because he wants more tax payer dollars in a bailout so he can absorb the blow Voyant has cost him. That's the only reason he's attacking what Trump's doing. Well, he also hates Trump because he's a liberal. But that's the real reason he's taking thinly veiled shots at Trump in these emails. He has a case of the gibs. Never mistake it for actually caring about the American, if he did we would be making products to help. No, he's mad because he's not getting some of that bailout money. He could care-a-less about you and your family.

How many sales reps were fired today? A day before the end of the quarter? Smells a little fishy.

 

Who/where were the firings? Geography as not to dox yourself of those being fired. Nobody on my team was let go.

 

2 TMs from the west coast. 1 IS from out here too. One Florida TM. From what I’ve heard.

 

Anyone know what the reason was? Firing or lay-off? Strange to do it on a Monday.

in all seriousness, don’t take this company as loyal give them a reason right now, considered your ass toast. Learn from our fallen Brothers. Getting a check to be at home and actually be allowed to say you are at home is a blessing.

Senior sales? Like Zonies or just older reps and managers? Could fire most of them starting with JD and Clean house and in 3 years bring back APS and CES. Should cut 40 people easy and back to start 6/1. Any DCA should get resume boosted. I’ve never actually met my DCA and apparently I have 2? Now they want to Zoom me. Old lame ass farts fire their ass

 

Where are you hearing that? Who would that entail?
