heard FDA has gotten multiple complaints for off label vraylar promotion. Sone in home office have gotten called in by the lawyers.

could a cia hurt the abbvie deal?

I don't think so, it’s pretty well recognized that AGN is a cheating company that is shady at best; this has likely already been baked in to the offer ,price.

Agreed that was likely disclosed before and it's not too hard to believe from this company, you get what you pay for.

There is a rep in my area that has many people asking for vraylar at their PC offices that have never been diagnosed with what it’s indicated for & these doctors are actually prescribing it! I’d love to report her.

We had an entire poa that was as close to off label as you could get. Went after every ssri.

Our POA was about bipolar depression. And distinguishing between unipolar and bipolar depression. I’d reach out to whoever your VP is if you felt your regional director or manager were guiding you in the wrong direction. Or so that you can better understand how our materials should be used in the office.

Exactly. Everything printed and taught was about BP depression. The earlier poster should report if it went off-label.

We have promoted off label for years. And you can’t do anything about it without hard proof. You’ll either need recordings or a host of witnesses.
Otherwise it’s your word against theirs. And don’t even think about reporting it to HR unless you want to sign your own death sentence. Get a lawyer. HR is there to protect the company and its managers. You’ll be looked at with the credibility as basically someone who just escaped from prison.
But 100% no doubt that we promote off label. We’ve done it for multiple drugs. It’s all about making money. Oh and we have covered up internal scandals for years to protect our $$

PLEASE. I see so much crap every day. Take Takeda for example... trintellix reps sitting with the MA's, going through patient files and doing prior autos themselves. Not to mention promoting Trintellix for bipolar.
