Pacira is recruiting for a VP of Marketing. Any advice from employees to these candidates?

Yes, Listen to the people on the street everyday selling this product. There is such a disconnect
    from the top down.

Best advice? Run, don't walk away from this dumpster fire of a company.
Nepotism and favoritism, a "boys club", compliance issues ignored by HR and Legal, CEO providing study data to surgeons prior to publication, etc.

Maybe they will hire someone who is not afraid to speak in front of general session at our POA? PM certainly cannot. What a disappointment he has been.

Really, disappointed. VP has done exactly what we all expected, nothing. That's the key to advancement and longevity.

The VP of marketing has a history of doing very little and then leaving. Another pretty face

Recall hearing former AD did all PM's Power-Point presentations when they were both RBDs. Certainly not tech savvy and deathly afraid to speak in front of people.

Was he Thing 1 or Thing 2? KR was busting out of her's.

Comb over Pete was Thing 1-

For the person asking about the marketing position, life expectancy is a year and you will eventually be terminated by the goon squad. There has been 3 VP of Marketing over 5+ years-

    Is she still there?

Given her track record I would bet not

As long as that dysfunctional senior management and CEO is there, no one with any talent is going this company

Dysfunctional!!! you are being very polite, more like a cluster- (fill in the blank). The CMO just left and it is rumored other of these useless VPs are leaving. If ever there was a company in need of re-engineering it is this one

HK borrowing $ from KOLs. What a guy!
AS and DS. The visual; so disturbing.
RS bolting. Why ditch such an easy gig?
DM moved to yet another role; one has to work out; RIGHT!
How much has DSP been paid over the years? Talk about a guy ho was terminally MIA.
TS was never supported as VP of Sales. ND and the NBA didn't help him in Parsippany.
JD keeping JH in her pocket never helped anyone.
DK actually impacted sales base salaries and built a decent field leadership team (They are all gone now).
PM did win a couple of COEs. That was rigged, based on total region revenue and he had two more reps than other RDs; sounds fair to me.

Beware if Patty M she is a snake in the grass and cannot be trusted. Aske anybody from her previous company.

As predicted the VP of Marketing last just about two years, accomplished nothing and is gone
