Medtronic & Depuy Paying 80%+ avg Comms without Payback?

    We are hearing a lot of information claiming this. Can anyone confirm it?

    Just spoke with a former ZB colleague who went to S&N and they are guaranteed 80% of 2020 plan comms if they stay for 18 months. No pay back unless they leave prior. That's a fact.

    I am sure it is only for direct employees with DS and MDT

    Can't speak for MDT, but know for a fact Depuy is guaranteeing direct and independent Reps.

    Our information from very credible sources is that it's W2 (directs) and 1099 (indies)

    Depuy is 50% not 80% but all w2 and 1099 employees are getting paid.

    Depuy is 80% last year sales. SNN 50% 0 percent loan. Stryker 80% quota

    Each company is doing something for their 1099’s and W2’s. Each differ but regardless all of the top 4 are doing something. There are pluses and minuses with every company but the grass isn’t greener anyplace else.

    With sincere respect, how can you say that when all ZB did was loan us against future earnings at 1% interest?

    The other majors provided a guarantee to tide their Reps over.

    We got hosed.
