What do you think? Which division has the best chance for no layoffs while paying the best? Oncology? Neurology? Immunology? Retina? Cardio? I would say Entresto is the worst spot to be when taking into account pay, potential layoffs and just overall respect from upper management. Retina was the place to be but not so much anymore. Immunology clearly has the hottest product right now but growth prospects are iffy at best. The best people are also jumping to other divisions. Which brings up the next spot. Neurology has the weakest management but pays decent lots of our top people jumping over here. Oncology pays the best but got rid of reps recently with no fucks given. Also pretty weak management- not the "hot" spot to be if you are an up and comer in this organization.
I say they are all pretty good to be in right now. Thanks Novartis, we should all be grateful right now.
Cardio is the best unless you are CV2 or the contract team. At least my team is untouchable. But Immu is pretty good I hear.
Unfortunately cardio is the least paid, most likely to have layoffs and least respected in terms of getting a job elsewhere.
Probably because they are paid the least and call on primary care. Cardio reps are typically bottom of the barrel one step above PC.
I can assure you it is not Cardio. Nobody in the division gets paid enough to endure the goat rodeo that is CRM.
