Mike Castagna will you be doing the right thing? Will you be following the lead of respected corporate executives around the country that have cut their salaries and the salaries of their executives by 50% in order to keep their employees working? Will you do the right thing for a change? All eyes are on you.

Mike is already underpaid and over worked.

Besides, corporations don't care about people, so there is no need to look out for the company ever. Just save every penny you can and find better opportunities if you don't like it at MannKind. That is life. Those that live below their means have life by the nuts. It has always been that way, and that will never change.

by the way, Mike is a good guy, and doing his best to keep everyone working.

Now that the executive leadership team has had their salaries temporarily reduced, they should keep them reduced until the company actually realizes a profit! Also they should be forced to purchase company stock so that they actually have some skin in the game! It's embarrassing how little they have invested in purchasing company stock but push the sales force to participate in the employee stock purchase program!

    this company is going nowhere.
the "leadership" team are guys "off the bench" with no desire to actually do any work.
all they do is point fingers and run off hard working people.
