The worst manager at Amgen is the one (or more) who has their representatives on pointless and worthless conference calls daily to show their Regional manager how good they are at keeping their team “sharp and engaged.”

Your newly hired cardiovascular DM in Boston is a real peach. Cynthia. She left BMS Oncology in the wake of a huge HR investigation scandal surrounding her fostering a horrible culture where reps were literally pitted against each other. She gave half the team crappy reviews last year and got good people in trouble for no valid reason. The rumor is she was pushed out with a package after she got caught forcing people to read and create presentations about an evangelical Christian self help book. Enjoy her!
