Hello team! Let's remain focus on selling and getting test in the door. We don't make money standing around focusing on drama and who is in trouble. We did that at Clio and it did not work. Control what you can and that is selling. I am your biggest cheerleader...Ed Klapp VP Sales.

I am not sure either, but this makes sense. The rumors a few years back were Pitlick was fired from Dominion because of shady legal opinions that got Dominion in trouble. I am not sure if that is true either, just rumors. Now, knowing that Ammon, Haupt's, C brothers and the ex-sales director were also shady, this seems like it may be more about Ammon and less abut Pitlick. The Foundation does not help matters, even though they tried to separate it from Ammon. It still has the Ammon name while the lab accepts Federal money! This could get ugly if the Feds take a deep dive into Ammon's (lab & foundation) dealings. Just because Coronavirus is raging, does not mean investigations have stopped. If anything with people working at home, the Feds can be more focused. I was told by a friend that works for FBI, that the Feds look at boards to see what chatter is out there and may even launch investigations from what is on the boards if it is credible. Crazy!

It all goes back to the Haupts. Look at their new CFO, they have people around them that can help pull out medicaid cash, cover their trail, set up fake businesses, (the testing supply company that runs out of the CEO's office and sells to ammon Mediacaid clients) and funnel cash back to them.

Great! Then hopefully the feds will take down Ed Klapp because he always finds a way to get away with everything. This guy is a crook and a fraud. Everyone knows it and he's been the mastermind behind most of these schemes. Just go to his nice little house in Jupiter and take him in.

So ... you're not sure of the source for your rumor. And it's loosely based rumors a few years ago. But you're not sure if those rumors were true? But you seem pretty sure Mike Plick is being investigated? Sure, that's sound reasoning.

.....NJ OAE, New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics, I'm sure they would love to hear from people who worked with Plick,

Where did is say I am pretty sure he is being investigated. I responded to the investigation post. I it makes sense. Any Ammon investigation makes sense. Do you know what they offer to clients? Do you know their sales tactics and kickback schemes? Well I do and the owners, C brothers (former employees) and current management should be disbarred from Medicare & Medicaid. So take your high and mighty attitude and shove it!

Where did I say that you said you were pretty sure? I said (based on your shaky foundation of rumors) you “seem pretty sure.” As, you did say “it makes sense” that M Plick is under investigation. Does that make sense to you now?

Aside from the Medicaid Audit, what schemes or other investigations have happened? You said, “Any Ammon investigation,” and then railed on about kick-back schemes and (implied) shady sales tactics. Is the Foundation under investigation? Is there evidence that the Foundation was used to induce business which was then billed to payors? Is the Foundation part of the sales tactics you’re referring to?

If you’ve sold for Ammon in the past, or know of a salesperson who has confided in you – then why not tell us what they are offering their clients? This is an anonymous board. You seem to be floating rumor, inuendo and fuzzy assertions.

I don't think so. Why not be more specific? This site will never reveal your identity. Pure BS.

Who cares. Ammon sucks and is only a tox lab with 80% of its business in NJ. They will be out of business in a few years. They have no idea how to run a real lab and only get business by paying off clients through their Foundation.

Eventually one of two things will happen. One, they will get caught and go to jail- this is a long shot. Two they will pull so much money out of lab and then close it before the Feds move in. They will walk away with millions and never be heard from again. This is the more likely scenario as the Feds have no idea what to look for! The Haupts may be shady, but they are not stupid. They will know when to walk away.

We stopped using their lab because of the wrong test results. The feds should talk with the former clients.

Attn Feds and State, Do not allow Ammon to be involved in Covid 19 Testing.!!!!!!! They have inaccurate results. Our Director has known for years about the wrong results but she still uses them, her and steve have a thing. I constantly see issues with their results, their information can not be trusted. The investigators need to contact more former and current clients and former employees.

That's the reason we also switched labs. Our new lab confirmed that they were sending false positives. Our director was pissed. I should have him send the paperwork over to NJ Dept of Health or somewhere . Anyone else on here filing complaints? Who should we file them with to get real action?

Ammon is a CAP lab. They participate in a rigorous proficiency program. If there results truly are wrong, then they have bigger issues than losing clients. They could be working with another lab (without that labs knowledge) and disguising their proficiency testing as patient tests. They could be sending testing to LabcCorp, Quest or Bio-Reference or all 3 and comparing their results to the results they get from them. If this is happening it is a major violation and they would lose their license. If you want to file complaints call NJ DOH at 609-406-6824 and ask for Melanie Rinaldi, Manager, NJ CLIA Program. Report your complaint as they are required to investigate. If you have proof of wrong results, they will ask for them. They won't contact Ammon, they will just do an unannounced surprise inspection. These inspections catch labs all the time and usually result in suspension of license until deficiencies are corrected.

You are correct. I just filed a complaint with CAP. The certificate on their site call for inspection 12/2018. Also they are offering COVID19 testing and do not have pricing listed on their website which is a federal and state requirement for COVID testing. I just filed a complaint with NJ DOH and also the CMS. I am fed up with Ammon skirting the rules and breaking the law. They are a bunch of crooks.
