Benco Regional Managers - tell us what you think

Actually I'm a TR, I dislike him as much as anyone who's come in contact with him. Believe me, he needs to go. Yeah your shaking your head right now, duh statement of the year. Hear me out, just like here your anonymous. I'm not asking for names, but incidents that I can forward to Rable to get the ball rolling. If he's done all the things accused on the various threads then that needs to be reported. Your move people, want him gone start reporting.

 

Nobody is going to report him unless they have another job ready to go. Scheer will make up a story and Chuck will buy it.

 

Probably true. But I do have another job to go to so that's why I started the email. If on the way out I can take the loser out also so much the better. He's a cancer and isn't someone who deserves the success he's enjoying. Much more deserving people who actually treat employees with respect. Him not so much. He's a sad pathetic little man who is insecure. I get it he's been a pathetic loser for so long he's trying to get back at all of the alphas of the world for being born better than him. He's a beta and always will be, I guess if I was in his pumps I'd be a sad angry loser too.

I’ve been to C&P directly with my concerns about sch!tface and it went nowhere. Never even talked to him about it. No one checked back with me. They covering their own tails and it shows. But you better believe I’m taking this idiot down when I’m out.

 

The ineptitude of this office depot crew is astounding. I really feel for those whose RSM's are from OD. Bad enough Schitface is in charge of the west but the fact he is trashing so many regions and pushing out so many good managers, I wonder whose next. Systematically ruining Benco one region at a time. Bigger question is will Chuck wake up in time or KC realize the damage and do something herself. BSF is gonna be lit!

You mean you had a mental breakdown and that's why you took the job with Benco? Makes sense, you have to be s little off to work here. Management is crappy, sure, there are some good ones out there though, but as long as Schitface his minions and Shamu remain, this place will continue to degrade. Only a matter of time before the west implodes under his "leadership" well self destructs more than it already has. Don't mind me I'll just be popping some popcorn watching the show from afar.

Your manager is not to blame for level of success. Newsflash, it’s you. But keep telling your spouse or significant other that it’s all Sh!tface’s fault.

I sell in spite of Schitface. I don't need a manager to sell, but I need a manager with the current structure of the company to support my efforts by interceding with manufacturers, and helping remove barriers to success, real or perceived. That's their job. Schitface - who I believe I'm quoting his post/comment above, does all he can to limit success of reps he doesn't like by doing just ther opposite. He's a vindictive little troll who is an insecure little boy that doesn't have any friends. So he lashes out at those he is afraid of that are successful, that don't Need him. Here hires managers who are barely competent in order to look better than he actually is and chases away others who are good because he feels threatened. I don't need a manager to sell but I need a leader who has a positive attitude to help when things get tough.

 

Then get rid of the managers, starting with Schitface. Shoot just get rid of that tool and you'll see an immediate increase in sales.

 

It’s not about personal numbers. It’s about company numbers. Right? We work for the company and want it to succeed. But they hire Schitface and his buddies and top reps leave because they don’t want to work for a fake ass used copy paper salesman. So our sales decline and Schitface knows it but spins it like those reps that left where not quality reps.

What’s next?

 

Wrong, their own bad behavior, ineffective leadership(i use that term loosely) and lack of ability/skill is what got them fired.

As for whats next, don't really know, for them I guess the unemployment office. For everyone else? Well.we wait until those that remain make a decision to bring us back from furlough or not. I can't worry about those that were let go. I wasn't privy to conversations and decisions that were made and exactly why or when they were made.

If upper management fired every manager based on employees complaining about them then why would upper management be necessary? And how long would any manager really last? I suspect they got what they deserved for their performance in the time they were with us.

The person got themselves fired. Covid 19 just expedited it.

Where have you been? He got fired the day before the reps got fired and furlough.

 

Three days before but who’s counting? Oh, me, I’m counting. Hated that guy, wasn’t sad to see him go. The rest of us? Our fate is yet to be determined.
Word is he got into it with KC at BSF this year over something and she got pissed and that sealed his already questionable fate.
