Nothing!!!!!! Lots of bullshit and nothing happening. Focus on ankle and unless you have a cut guide nobody cares. Paragon soon to release their ankle and Integra cant compete. New quotas released and there is no way EO can sustain the amount they will be paying out. Wtf

Just run. Get away while you can. Aging product line, lack of direction and cohesive management.

Worst company in Ortho. Laughable bag and even more laughable leadership. Not even a competitor. Get the fuck out.

The operation side of this company is awful. They never get anything right. Compensation, sales reports, inventory all a huge mess and only getting worse. And SFDC what a total joke.

By far the worst place ever to work. Toxic culture, bad leadership, backorders, horrible reporting and sale operations..this place is a mess. Run as fast you can. Now with the corona this place is sinking ship and layoffs will happen quickly. AWC and EO will be gone!!

Don’t worry Jack is leading the charge on the West Coast. Oh yeah, his boy Erik will make sure he has a job no matter what. Pete still believes their bullshit. So wait for the buyout bitches.

A pretty negative picture here. Are any divisions worth consideration for sales reps? How’s the money and culture?

This is by far the worst place I ever worked. From consistent back orders, inaccurate reporting of numbers and wrong commissions statements to an incompetent marketing department, sales operations, leadership no strategy, horrible sales training etc this place is horrible run as fast as you can.

SO why don't you just quit, obviously you hate this place and most likely have never hit your number. That explains why you want a payout and can not find a job elsewhere.

Are all divisions this bad? Recruiter said they have market leading instruments and a new “state of the art” headlight. She said $200k at plan and top reps $300+

Yes! They pay well but man it's a miserable work environment. Micro management, belittling, arrogance, etc. I know this for a fact, their quarterly manager meetings are about 'who are we going to force out', 'who do we need to get rid of.' Rather than, 'how can we help?', 'is there a circumstance that is out of their control?'. I know $180-$200+ plus is hard to walk away from but do your due diligence.
